Find one first then resign , not resign first then find another.
For me , it's time to find a new job , the prospect is very limited
in my current organisation. Learnt very little in my current job ,
there is only so much i can learnt given the working environment
& culture.
Wonderful colleagues there may be in my department , but reality
bites. A yearly increment of less than $100 each year. I topped my
colleagues in the increment cos' i am an effiecient &
hardworking worker. :p
The world is so big out there & there are fatter paychecks
out there. :D
